This position will lead analyst(s) and SMEs in design and launch of state roll-outs. Incumbent will identify and work with local and functional teams to execute results as well as resolve operational issues in identifying member lapses, broker contact and communication, member outreach materials, telesales capacity planning and vendor management, legal approval of communication materials and pilot processes and state specific regulations and landscape.  Incumbent will track performance of pilots to suggest improvements, communicate best practices, findings and challenges from state pilots across enterprise, lead problem solving with leadership and functional teams to prioritize initiatives for subsequent phases, drive project implementation and track project progress, synthesize key findings from project and present to project leader and initiative roll-out team leader.  In addition, this position will be responsible for driving the design and successful execution of the state launches for Stay Covered.
 
Skills:
BA/BS or the equivalent combination of education and 7 years of related experience required.  Graduate degree preferred.   Demonstrated leadership, planning and organizational skills required to ensure development and maintenance of relationships across organization. Understanding of complex business processes required. Must have experience in giving formal written and oral presentations to senior management. Excellent Powerpoint and Excel skills required.  Strong experience in project management; training and experience in WLP standardized processes and methodologies.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as expertise in sales, marketing, operations and/or planning background preferred. Position may require up to 50% travel. NOTE:   This position may be located in any WellPoint location.
