Job Title: Senior Manager - Customer Service and Accounts Receivable

Job description:
Maintains or oversees the control of accounts and records in such areas as disbursements, expenses, tax payments, and income. Compiles and analyzes financial information to record transactions, prepare reports, and review and verify accuracy. Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow statements, prepares and consolidates financial statements, and other accounting schedules and reports. Designs, modifies, implements and/or maintains accounting systems to ensure an adequate recognition of financial transactions. Responsible for the adherence to and communication of accounting and auditing policies and procedures and internal controls. May allocate costs, collect data, and prepare reports that maintain the company's cost accounting system and ensure that costs are allocated according to established procedures. May prepare existing or projected profitability analyses. Compiles, analyzes and reviews budgets for corporate or organizational units using actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports, and other data sources to control funds and provide for proper financial administration. Prepares financial plans and budget models. Monitors implementation of financial policies, prepares reports, maintains historical records, analyzes trends, monthly accruals, and booking expenses. Establishes cost rates and labor forecasts, recommends and interprets budgetary policies and procedures, prepares comparative evaluation of actual costs against budgeted funds, and determines rationale for variances between costs and budget.





JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities


* Responsible for all aspects of daily order management across Trade, International and PAP Orders includes direct order processing support as required and managing analysts

* Manage Accounts Receivable portfolio and assist account receivable personnel in collection and deduction management issues

* Responsible for all aspects of the Returns Operations Returns processing, customer/product research, manage 3PL, develop/maintain 3rd party return dashboard to proactively manage and drive continuous operational excellence

* Primary liaison for Customer Finance and Price Reporting with Accounting Department for all Close activities and deliverables

* Primary liaison for Customer Finance and Price Reporting with regards to Audits; will coordinate and manage all activities and deliverables

* Provide strategic and tactical planning input and special projects for the organization (product launches, market withdrawals or recalls, etc)

* Maintain departmental infrastructure SOPs, training, performance planning

* Develop and maintain departmental metrics and drive process improvements

Requirements


* BS/BA degree in related field

* Minimum 8-10 years business experience in Customer Service, Accounts Receivable or other accounting areas

* Strong hands on knowledge of SAP essential

* Prior successful team leadership experience a plus

* Prior experience with wholesaler, specialty distributor and specialty pharmacy channels and business models desirable

* Experience with third party logistics and return providers a plus

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

* Detailed oriented and strong analytical skills

* Knowledge of ValueCentric a plus
