About us
The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, a statewide, nonprofit community development financial institution located in Concord, N.H., is seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Administrator.
About the role
This position supports the Welcome Home mortgage loan team with generating and analyzing reports used to convey financial information internally. In addition, the position will act as the lead to maintain the contracted vendor relationship with our sub-servicer leading to healthy borrower performance and long-term strength of our mortgage loan portfolio. This position will require the ability to multi-task while providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Skills:
|
| To be successful in this role you must demonstrate experience in loan servicing, servicing regulations and collections preferably in the banking and/or mortgage industry. Skills with Microsoft Office, Tableau and loan origination software will be key to this position. Also needed are excellent communication abilities, the ability to work remotely and to be a flexible team player. |
