What happens when I apply to a job?

When you apply to a job, the employer receives a notice that you are interested in the position. The employer can then log on and see your resume which you submitted for consideration of employment. It is up to the company to decide to contact you.  Diversity-Jobs.com does not get involved in the hiring process.
